Need Friends & Prayers

Hi everyone, It's has been sometime since you all last saw me and I must say I do miss ya.
Life is throwing everything it has at me, everthing from job injuries, overall health issues, family problems and now financial difficulties.
I feel like my life has fallen into a bottomless pit with no way out.
For a long time now I've disconnected myself from everyone and everything, yes even the things I love to do the most like BBQ and sausage making and chattin with you all.
Today I've decided to at least "try"...... Try what? I just don't know, but try I must.
I don't know what to ask, as asking seems so selfish. But maybe if you all can throw a prayer or two my way, kinda sorta a back up to my own prayers. I truly need some help.

We will pray for you... I too have had some health issues to arise in the past 4yrs... They effected my intire life, my job, family, even financial... Well thru many friends and lots of prayers and the help from the good Lord I am still alive today... At one time about the beginning the doctors only gave me 2 weeks to live... Hey I am still kicking...

Hello Strange good to hear from you. This is a time when you need your family most. We are good at sending prayers and just listening when you need a shoulder. Prayers are powerful medicine. You can count on mine for sure!

Sorry to hear of your troubles Mike,Ive been there a few times.I know its hard but my Dad always said "bend down,grab your boot laces and pull yourself back up."Easy to say but hard to do sometimes.I don't put much stock into prayers,I believe a mans destiny is his own doing,but if it will help know there are lots of people here thinking of you and hoping for a positive outcome for you.You said you decided to "try"that tells me that there is still a good person in there who has the will to grab at those boot laces,pull up hard man,keep pulling,they may break once or twice but tie them back together and just keep pulling.One day you will look up and the light will shine for you.

Thank you everyone for your words of wisdom, encouragement and motivation, as well as your thoughts and prays.
It's a blessing having friends like you in my life, even if we haven't met, I guest that's what make this place so special. Ordinary folks who truly give a hoot about each other and are willing to help when troubles are near, even if it all you can do is offer a kind word, that are from the heart.
You have helped me through some tuff times to say the least and it aint over yet, but I'm taking it one day at a time.
I'm trying to stay close to God and I can feel His presence, especially when I'm here.
Happy Easter to you all and God Bless.

Now if any of you God willing friends out there can find it in your hearts to send me a cool million dollars... now that would really make my day.
