Just a quick "hello" from Akron, Ohio.
I use a Smoke Hollow vertical electric smoker. I have done a lot of pork, chicken and turkey. Brined and smoked my first venison hind quarter this year and did my first brisket this past Sunday.
My name is Mike and I am addicted to smoking...

Hello Mike welcome aboard. Smoking is a very addictive hobby. Nothing seems to taste as good without it once yu had it smoked. Not meat, not veggies not even snacks. Fortunately we have man different ways to deal with this need to have our food smoked low and slow and together we can always find more!
ENjoy!
