Welcome to the clan. The fine folks here are standing at the ready to learn you all about Smoke cooking, sausage and cheese making and much more. Ask any question that you have someone will be along with an answer. Mom (debi) also has a site (see the top of the page) that is chuck full of recipes and good information, check it out.

Hello Leo welcome aboard!

Great people here you will get to learn a lot. Best examples include pictures if you have a camera post some and we can help easier that way. The DSP is always standing by waiting to share and help in any way they can - so if you have any question just post them and we'll do our best to help out. In the mean time there's a lot to read hear and on the website (as you know) and stuff I haven't even posted yet!
