Last time me Jessie, Squeezy and Brian stayed in the main house together. There are also a few cabins down the road that hold like 10 I think? We never did check out the other cabins. Jane had to go out of town but Harold, Maggie and Molly (the two pups) and their son joined the party. We had a great time but man it was hot!
Looks like they added a camper down by the stream. That would keep us all in the same yard.

we found a room about an hour down the road but it was a spot decision to go & they had the little league world series (or something like that)in the area so there were no rooms for about 150 miles except for the 1 we lucked into.

i'd have to look @ the atlas to remember the town & hotel but i do remember it had a bar lol.
i DO remember the hotel we stayed @ after & being violently ill all night.....
no fault of the cooking- it was a bug...
but thats another story.
lil Bethy can attest to the toilet @ hummingbird house- she had her head in it a couple times... ;(refer to the stomach bug)

Yes, I would like to know more too, Deb. My grandson will be graduating in June. Don't know what the exact date will be yet. Scotty and I were planning a car trip up to PA for the graduation. Would be nice to fit both events in while we are there.

Well Rocky the place is actually someones home and they rent the basement which has a great kitchen. They also have a great yard and a trailer they rent on the property. Kind of like being at home they are friendly and warm folks that fit in well and are very hospitable.
They also have a place down the road that sleeps 10 I think? Last year we shared the main house with Squeezy and Triple B and there was plenty of room. They have deer and bear and coons and humminbirds and all kinds of nice peaceful surroundings.
It's in Wellsboro PA - a great ride not a lot of traffic down there but very hilly. Beautiful area. If you get lost somewho take down there number it's surrounded by mountains and cell phones don't work there (which is kind of nice).
I don't recall any stores nearby other than the gas station type so you have to plan ahead. There's a big city just down the road but you'd never know it.
The owners are named Jane and Harold and they have the cutest little dogs name molly and I forget the other one. What else would you like to know?

I'm doing up a pork loin roast for anybody who pops in tonight. Tomorrow Scotty will put the ham in the smoker bright and early, along with a couple of briskets. I've made homemade baked white limas for this evening to go with the loin. Tomorrow I have a few sides to work on...everything under control.

well around here w/ the winters the damn kids should do school from april 1(what a joke)until thanksgiving-althought that rules out farming season...
anyway- i just checked & this gig(june 12th) is the same day as the nationwide race @ kentucky speedway.
the only nascar event @ our closest track... we only get 1 race a year
hmmm..but,,, you people are pretty special..
