i posted this here cause i can't post it under dsp gatherings.
anyway, we're having a smokeout here @ our place april 4th.
there's a few coming from other sites & it should be a nice lil' welcome spring get together.just a short notice warm up cook for something bigger this summer.

after all those comp pics i can't wait...to do more ribs.
they're will be ribs,pulled pork,tater salad,slaw,wicked beans, my world famous pooter shooter pintos, Dev's smoked hashbrown casserole,abts, fattys, and i'm sure more stuff i haven't thought of yet.
plus i just installed a new water heater so plenty of hot water...lol
