All members with get to vote on which item they think is THE best of all smokes posted!

FIRST THE RULES!

#1 It must be yours, it must be smoked and it must be food!
#2 You have to describe how you prepared the food (process and recipes), the time and temperature you smoked at, and what wood smoked the item with.
#3 Only one picture per post.
#4 There will be a category JUST for New Smokers with one year or less experiance smoking foods
#5 The moderators will vote for the winners in all but one category although they will vote also this will be the DSP Popular Vote category.

Start Date: Today February 10th, 2009
End Date: Tuesday March 10th, 2009
