Deejay’s Homemade UnSoy Sauce

2 cups beef broth (1 box = 4 cups)
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 teaspoon light sesame seed oil
¼ teaspoon powdered Ginger
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sea salt


Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it simmer, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Pour into a bottle with a tightly sealed top. May be refrigerated indefinitely. Makes 2 cups.
