Ground 25 lbs of pork butt, & used a kit from Cabela's. These turned out quite a bit spicier than any I've bought from the store, but I really like the spice. This was also my first time working with natural hog casings. Kind of a pain, but worth it in the end.
I know I put yellow mustard on in the last pic, but that's all I had at the time. I can't believe how much flack I've gotten over that.

They look good. Nothing wrong with yellow mustard. I like all mustards. I tried a Garlic brats from Cabela's once and it was so strong I had to chop it up for stew!.

Love the T-shirt!    Cheesy

Thanks!
Yeah, I think next time I'll try a different brand, or go my own route with the spices.

here a brand they sell call Outback or something that is even worse! Mix your own spice blend. It's cheaper and you control the flavor! I think I have brats in here somewhere I make them quite often with this little   Wisconsinite here.
