Today I two new low sodium cookbooks. One is the "No Salt Lowest Sodium Cookbook". The other is low sodium baking. Both by the same author.

I had pork chops thawed so I made the Easy Pork Chop Casserole skipping the onions and adding some salt free seasoning. It was good but a different seasoning blend would have worked better. Oh and a thicker cream sauce.

Once you've made them you can tweek them to your liking. I often use pictures and recipes for inspiration. One thing leads to another.
