One of the few areas I have not gotten into is making wine. We talked about it before Jessie's kidney failed - now NO ALCOHOL.

I stumbled across a hard cider maker in Yakima recently, Tieton Cider Works. My favorite was their cranberry cider. Had just a hint of cinnamon in it. Perfect for Thanksgiving!

Jessie's kidneys failed. She is a mess!  I still have one of your wines Mike. Almost popped it the other day but couldn't find the cork screw! It's sitting on the counter. I tried the hit the bottom with a she trick and it didn't pop the cork.I should put it back in the basement where it's cool. I like the first bottle not to sweet not to dry.
